Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you and are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
